Allen E. Herdle

Allen E. Herdle passed away way suddenly on November 28, 2016.  He was born April 10, 1939 in Salem, Ohio, to the late Alvin J. and Audrey Ray Herdle.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Caroline Simon Herdle, his children: Suzanne (Otto) Penicka of Ohio, Sandy Herdle of Virginia, David (Jodi) Herdle of Pennsylvania, and Dan (Gianna) Herdle of California, and his grandchildren Ryan Penicka, Sydney Herdle, Lexie Herdle, Evan Penicka and Violet Herdle. A memorial service will be held  2 PM Tuesday, December 6 at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church, 15000 S. Tryon St., Charlotte, NC 28278.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Red Cross 2425 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28203 or to the church.
