John Knox Hoover, Jr., age 76, died February 11, 2016.

Mr. Hoover was born January 15, 1940 in Charlotte, to the late John and Jessie Harper Hoover.

Surviving are his wife Martha Jeannette Hoover, daughters Karen Janine Hoover, Paris (Dena) Logan and son John K. Hoover, III.

Graveside service will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Cemetery, Charlotte. The family will receive friends following the service
