Memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016 at the home of Pam & Bruce Taylor, 2390 Patterson Road, Clover, SC.

Mr. Howard was born on September 14, 1976 in Oxnard, CA.

Survivors are his daughter Riley Howard; son Colby Howard; mother of his children, Shirlina Howard all of Huntersville, NC; mother, Kathy Howard (Craig Berka) of League City, TX; father, Murrah Howard of Oregon; sister Brittney Dmyterko of Omaha, NE; brothers, Brent Howard (Jennifer) of North Ridge, CA, Garrett Howard (Kaesi), Cory Hoskin both of Eagle, ID Colton Berka of League City, TX; girlfriend, Danielle Harvell of York, SC; Aunt Pam and Uncle Bruce Taylor of Clover, SC; cousins, Jeremy and Ryan Taylor both of Clover, SC.
