Patsy Ann (Melton) Fore

Patsy Ann Melton Fore, 77, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015 at Carrillon Assisted Living of Cramer Mountain, in Cramerton, NC.

Mrs. Fore was born January 2, 1938 in Clover, SC to the late William E. and Vernie Brackett Melton.  She was the widow of James Wayne Fore, and mother to her three late infant children:  James Eric, Christopher Wayne, and Elizabeth Caroline.  Patsy was a 1956 graduate of Clover High School and retired after over 40 years in the Accounting Department at Pharr Yarns Inc. in McAdenville, NC.  Patsy was a loving, caring lady and was an inspiration to everyone she met; she will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors are her son, Jeff Fore and wife Mona, currently residing in Fincastle, VA; and granddaughter, Hannah Fore, a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 27th from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at First United Methodist Church located at 124 Bethel Street in Clover, SC.  The funeral service will follow immediately at 4:00pm with the Rev. Steve Bynum officiating.  Interment will be in Woodside Cemetery open to all who wish to attend.
