Phyllis J. Bane, formerly of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Monday, Sept. 18, 2017.
Ms. Bane resided for three years in South Carolina under the devoted care of her niece, Janette Morgan. She was the daughter of late John W. and Leota O. Seamon of Triadelphia, WV.
She was a long-time employee of the Double J in South Wheeling.
She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Klages; and her life partner, Glenn Criswell.
She is survived by her brothers, John E. (Sandy) Seamon of South Carolina and Jim S. (Angela) Seamon of Ohio; her sister, Betty Ward of West Virginia; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Services will be held Oct. 10, 2017, at Greenwood Cemetery in Wheeling.
