Samuel J. Robinson, 90 of Clover, SC, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at home.
Funeral service will be private.
Mr. Robinson was born June 17, 1926 in York County, SC to the late Samuel Glenn and Margaret “Maggie” Norman Robinson. He was the widower of Mary P. Robinson and was an Army Veteran of World War II.
Survivors are his daughters Cree R. Sherrill of Lexington, VA, Karen R. Ashe (Gary) of Sylva, NC; son Keith Robinson (Debbie) of York, SC; sisters Willie Mae Neil of York, SC, Ida Belle Porter of Rock Hill, SC; five grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Travis Huffstickler.
The family would like to express their thanks to Providence Care Hospice and to the family’s dedicated caregivers.
