Tracey Radford Clawson

Tracey Radford Clawson of Lake Wylie, S.C. went to be with the Lord on January 14, 2017 at the age of 56. She went home to be in the presence of our Savior and sing praises to Him along with her mom and dad, Jonnie and Ed (Smiley) Radford.

She and her husband, Randy, had 27 wonderful years of marriage together. Their joy and happiness included the birth and life of their son, Josh and his new wife, Amanda.

Although she endured many procedures and treatments to fight her pancreatic cancer, she always had a smile and a positive attitude. She loved her life on the lake with her family and friends, taking each day to the fullest. Tracey was an inspiration to all that came in contact with her.

Tracey is survived by her husband Randy, son Josh (Amanda), sister Robin Davenport (David), niece Michelle Franklin (Adam), great-nephew Cameron Green, and cousin Luanne Armstrong. Among members of Randy’s family: Jerry Clawson (father in law), Michael Clawson (brother in law) and family, Sandy Gaston (sister in law) and family.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at The Journey at Lake Wylie (5415 Hwy 557 Clover, SC) on January 17, 2016. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. The celebration of life will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Kenny Ashley presiding. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
