Charles Nelson Hunt, Jr.

Charles Nelson Hunt, Jr, age 70, of York, SC died March 10, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Main, Charlotte, NC.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Calvary Baptist Church, Clover, SC. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens.   

Mr. Hunt was born November 3, 1946 to the late Charles N. and Marie Roberts Hunt.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Charles had a deep passion for music.

Survivors are his wife Shirley Ward Hunt, daughters Dawn McCabe of Snow Hill, MD, Robin Downer of Elberton, GA and two grandchildren. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church. 490 Griggs Rd., Clover, SC 29710.
