Miss Dennis was born on December 8, 1991 in East Liverpool, OH.

She is survived by her daughter, Ava Brooke McElheney; two sons, Corbin Lee McElheney and Blaine Jaxson McElheney; parents James Kenneth and Malissa Jane Crow Dennis; three sisters, Hailey, Tara and Rosa; three brothers, James, Terry and Dusty.
