Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Edith Jackson Adams, 70, of Clover, SC, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 at home.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 3rd at Bethel Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Marcus VanVlake officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service.

Becky graduated from Clover High School in 1968, and in recent years has enjoyed getting together with classmates,  and serving on the reunion committee.  She worked at Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance Co. in Charlotte, and later worked at Caromont Medical in Gastonia.  Becky was active in her Bible Study group, Women’s Circle, and her Sunday School class at Bethel Presbyterian Church.  Becky loved her church family.

Becky was dedicated to her family, and loved them very much.

Becky was born on December 4, 1948 in Clover, SC to the late E. Martin Jackson and Edith Bell Jackson.  She was preceded in death by her husband James Adams and brothers, Edward Jackson and Marshall Jackson, and brother-in-laws James Tucker, Jack Little, and Joe Dixon.  Survivors are her sisters Dorothy Little of Indian Trail, NC, Margaret Tucker of Gastonia, NC, Docia Dixon of Monroe, NC, and Evelyn Pendleton (Pat) of Clover, SC; sister-in-laws Judy Glenn Jackson of Ocala, FL, and Naomi Jackson of Las Vegas, NV; and many nieces and nephews.
