Sarah “Sally” Ann O’Brian Borkowski age 76 of York, SC died July 23, 2018.
 
Mrs. Borkowski was born October 24, 1941 in Buffalo, NY to the late Charles A. and Mary O’Grady O’Brian. She was the widow of Eugene Alvin Borkowski.
 
Surviving are her children Mark Borkowski (Wendy), Gregory Borkowski (Mary), Kevin Borkowski, Jeffery Borkowski (Kim), Karen Borkowski siblings: Pat Allen (Chuck), Michelle McGuire (Jack), Chuck O’Brian (Susan) grandchildren:  Hannah Borkowski, Ethan Borkowski, Ashley Brown, Payton Auten, Alexander Borkowski, Hunter Borkowski, Avery Long, Jordan Long and Gary Puckett, and her beloved pet Maggie. 
 
Funeral service will be 12 noon Thursday, July 26, 2018, at M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont, NC.
