Barry Yetter Obituary

Mr. Barry Lee Yetter, 76, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 at home.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m.to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 21, 2021 at M. L. Ford & Sons, 4820 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC.

Mr. Yetter was born November 8, 1944 in Steelton, PA to the late Joseph and Emma Shaffner Yetter.  He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Bethlehem Steel Manufacturing.  Barry enjoyed and spent many years coaching youth football, basketball and baseball.  He was an avid follower of all Steel-High Roller sports. 

Survivors are his wife, Gayle Kelley Yetter; sons, Glenn Yetter (Tricia) of Waxhaw, NC and Bryan “Beezer” Yetter of Westminster, MD; sister, Ruth Swartley of Hershey, PA, brother, Joseph Yetter of Camp Hill, PA; and grandchildren, Paytenn, Trenn, Tysenn, and Treytenn.
