Mrs. Betty Riddile Hopper, 92, of Clover, SC, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Belaire Health Care Center, Gastonia, NC.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2025, at Woodside Cemetery, Clover, SC with Ms. Mayme Long officiating.  The family will be at the home of her granddaughter, Marie Spearman, Thursday, June 12th after 3:00 p.m. and they will also receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Hopper was born July 31, 1932, in Eldersville, PA to the late Floyd LeRoy Riddile, Sr. and Anna Fotovich.  She was retired from Klear Knit. 

Mrs. Hopper was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Hopper, daughter, Patricia Cherry, sisters, Mary Jane Gardner and Shirley May, and brothers, Floyd L. Riddile and Francis Riddile.

Survivors are her daughter Kathy Currence (Willie); sons Lawrence D. Hopper and Robert R. Hopper, all of Clover, SC; brothers John R. Riddile, of Panama City, FL, and Richard Riddile of New Cumberland, WV; grandchildren Nikki Wilson (Terry), Marie Spearman (Eddie), Allison Ludwig (Ryan), Duane Hopper (Jordan), Danielle Wise (Alex), and Bryson Cherry; and great grandchildren Hunter Wilson, Nathan Wilson, Landon Spearman, Gunner Hopper, Blake Wise, Colton Wise, and Collyns Timmons.
