Mrs. Betty Strange Ledford, 83, of York, SC, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2020 at home.

The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 Thursday night at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover, SC, with a memorial service at 7:00 with the Rev. Barry Yates officiating. 

Mrs. Ledford was born June 25, 1936 in Spartanburg, SC to the late Eli and Gladys Ross Strange.  She was a nurse with Divine Savior and Gaston Memorial Hospital, after retirement she was a caregiver.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Earl Wallace and Charles Lance Ledford and a sister, Joyce Hudson.

Survivors are her sons Bobby Christopher Wallace (Garnetta) of Lebanon, VA and Jason Eric Walla ce (Melissa) of York, SC; granddaughter Ashley Renae Pruitt (Kyle) of Lebanon, VA; great grandchildren Easton Kyle, Kylen Brandt Pruitt, and Madison Hill; nephew Oren Hugh Hudson (Donna) and great niece Charlotte Price.
