Mrs. Betty Lou Ortagus, 83 of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022 at home.

A memorial service will be held at the Lake Wylie Baptist Church, Charlotte, NC on April 2nd at 2:00pm with the Rev. Jonathan Homesley officiating.  Family visitation will be at 1:00pm.

Mrs. Ortagus was born April 17, 1938 in LaFollette, TN to the late Charley and Grace Albertini.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Elaine Myers and a brother, Charles Albertini.

Survivors are her husband of 22 years Earnest Marshall Ortagus; sons Barry L. Myers (Melissa) of Clover, SC and Kerry Myers of Asheville, NC; sister Shirley Viles; brother Roy Albertini; and two grandchildren.
