Mrs. Carole Elaine Schneider Turner, 85, of York, SC, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022, at the Testa Family Hospice House, Kings Mountain, North Carolina.

Graveside service will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at Lakeview Memory Gardens with the Rev. Mark Dellinger officiating.

Mrs. Turner was born November 20, 1936, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Edward H. and Ruth Ann Beeler Schneider.  She was preceded in death by her son, Russell Edward Gardner, and her brother, Donnie Schneider.

Survivors are her husband Wesley E. Turner; her two granddaughters, Alyssa Gardner Shreve (Cody) and Nicole Virag (Adam); her great-grandchildren, Emersyn Shreve, Devin Grewe, Ramsey Virag, and Presley Virag; her sisters-in-law, Carol Wade, JoAnn Jackson, and Jeanette Thompson (Bill); her brothers-in-law, Ralph Turner (Sunwa), Harvey Turner (Linda), and Leon Turner (Verlyn); and numerous nieces and nephews.  She is also survived by her special friend, Nellie Andrews.
