Mr. Charles Harrison Hoffecker, Sr., 84, of Clover, SC, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at Lake Wylie Assisted Living surrounded by his family.

Mr. Hoffecker was born December 23, 1940 in Laurens, SC to the late Frank V. Hoffecker and Martha Deitrick Hoffecker. He retired from BellSouth phone company in which he worked for many years. He dedicated many years to becoming a successful business owner. Charles enjoyed many aspects in life which included flying his own plane, running his own pet store, and travelling all over the USA. Charles loved to work and many days were spent out in the fields either running his equipment, tending to farm animals, or growing crops. Charles was devoted to his family and his legacy will continue to live on for many generations.

He is survived by his grandson Charles “CJ” H. Hoffecker, III (Lindsey); and great grandchildren Carson Daniel Rice, Lillianna Rae Hoffecker, and Charles Harrison Hoffecker IV.

Including his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his son, Charles “Chuck” H. Hoffecker, Jr. (Janice), his grandson, Jamie Ray Hoffecker, and his brother, Frank L. Hoffecker, Sr.

A memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2025 at M. L. Ford & Sons, 209 N Main St., Clover, SC.  The family will receive friends 1 hour before the service. Inurnment will be in Woodside Cemetery, Clover, SC.
