Mrs. Claudette Irma Faucher Bridgeman, 83, of York, South Carolina, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024, at the Lake Wylie Assisted Living Community, Lake Wylie, SC.

A funeral mass will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., at Divine Savior Catholic Church, 232 Herndon Ave, York, SC, with Father Adilso Coelho officiating.   The family will receive friends 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Bridgeman was born April 3, 1940, in Fall River, MA, to the late Leo Faucher and Irma Raiche Gowing. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Richard Gowing.

She is survived by husband of 63 years, William Carroll Bridgeman; her daughter, Donna Lynne Skipper, Clover, SC; her sons, William Kevin “Bill” Bridgeman, Mt, Holly, NC, and Scott David Bridgeman (Nancy), Summerville, SC; her grandchildren, Stephen Andrew Whitesides (Stephanie), Geoffrey Rion Whitesides (Jen Withrow), Jesse Bridgeman (Crystal Barone), Caroline Bridgeman, and Liam Bridgeman; her great-grandson, Luca Bridgeman; her sister, Cheryl Stork (Michael); and her brother, Ronnie Faucher (Elaine).

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
