Ms. Connie Lee Ballard, 70, of Central, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022, at home.

A funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Bowling Green First Baptist Church, 1683 Hwy. 321 N., Clover, SC, with the Rev. Steve Stone officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the church sanctuary.  Interment will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens, 1717 Filbert Hwy., York, SC.

Ms. Ballard was born March 28, 1952, in Gaston County, North Carolina, to the late William Franklin Ballard and Rachel Desi Clemmer Ballard.  She was also preceded in death by her sister Esther Hullett, her half-sister, Mary Lee Reynolds, and her half-brother, Franklin Ballard, Jr.  Connie was a graduate of Fruitland Baptist Bible College, Hendersonville, NC.

She is survived by her four nephews, Thomas Hullett, Jr. (Margaret), Easley, SC, Charles Hullett (Amy), West Liberty, KY, Brian Hullett, Six Mile, SC, and Bradley Hullett, Liberty, SC.  She is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews and three great-great nieces and nephews.
