Craig Scott Bruno, 46, of York, SC, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. He was born on March 25, 1979, in the Bronx, New York, to George Bruno and the late Theda Sherman Bruno.

Craig was a kind, compassionate, and devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. His family was the center of his world, and he gave his heart fully to those he loved.

Craig was a nonprofit database expert with more than 25 years of experience. He was passionate about helping organizations drive positive changes and worked with numerous nonprofits across the country. He founded and operated Bruno Nonprofit Services, LLC, where he specialized in data management, reporting, and training. His work empowered mission-driven organizations to serve their communities more effectively.

Outside of work, Craig had a deep love of music and was a devoted fan of the Dave Matthews Band. He especially enjoyed attending live concerts and sharing those experiences with friends and family.

In addition to his mother, Theda Sherman Bruno, Craig was preceded in death by his aunt Rona Sherman.

He is survived by his loving wife, Hillary Victoria Bruno; daughter Gracelyn Bruno; sons Mason Bruno and Hudson Bruno; father George Bruno; brothers Brian Bruno (Valerie) and Keith Bruno (Christina); nephews Daniel Bruno and Ronan Bruno; and numerous other sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 13th, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC.  At 6:00 p.m., there will be a few moments of reflection and a closing prayer.
