Obituary

Mrs. Cynthia Davis Hess, 71, of Clover, SC, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at home.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Friday, November 18, 2022, at M. L. Ford & Sons, 4820 Charlotte Highway, Lake Wylie, SC with the Rev. Scottie Stewart officiating.  Interment will be Carolina Memorial Park, 12015 University Blvd., Harrisburg, NC.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday night at M. L. Ford & Sons, 4820 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC.

Mrs. Hess was born July 1, 1951 in Denver, CO to the late Henry L. and Margaret Kennedy Davis.

Survivors are her husband Arthur Lee “Jack” Hess; sons Wesley Clay (Angel) of Bryceville, FL and Jason Clay of Jacksonville, FL; sisters Diania Coble and Sally Stringer; brother Mark Davis; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Ricky Barnhart and Chris Hess.
