David L. Cannizzo, 75, who recently moved to Lake Wylie, South Carolina, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Atrium Health, Pineville, North Carolina.

Mr. Cannizzo was born February 18, 1946, in Chicago, IL, to the late Murray John and Glendean James Cannizzo.  He grew up in Canarsle, Brooklyn, NY, until he moved to Fort Lauderdale, where he lived for fifty years.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue, who passed away some twenty years ago, and his son, David Cannizzo, Jr., who passed away on September 4, 2021.

Survivors are his son, Christopher Cannizzo, and his sister, Jo Cannizzo Nolan, of Lake Wylie, SC.
