Mrs. Dixie L. Gill, 65, formerly of Clover, SC, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at White Oak Manor, York, SC.

The family will be available at 523 Morehead Street, Gastonia, NC.

Mrs. Gill was born January 30, 1954 in York County, SC to the late Arthur Ellison and Alice L. Dixon.  She was the widow of Ullissy Gill.

Dixie attended Roosevelt during her school years and then began her first job.  Her first day on the job she had a seizure and was unable to work after that, over the years her health declined.  She was a very lovable person and her family and friends loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  

Survivors are her brother Dennis Lindsay of York, SC; cousin & caregiver Violet Bratton of Gastonia, NC; aunt Mozelle Lindsay of Gastonia, NC; and a host of cousins and family.
