Frances Ellen Fish was born in 1938 to Frank and Ethel Fish in Detroit, MI. She was educated in the Detroit Public School system and graduated from Northern High School.
From an early age Frances was a dedicated person of faith. She was an active member of St. Gregory the Great and St. Brigid Catholic churches in Detroit, MI. She found great comfort in her faith.
Frances raised two beautiful daughters whom she absolutely adored, Leslie and Gail. Gail preceded her in death in 2018.
Frances surrounded herself with an array of family and friends, she was a model of style and grace, no one was a stranger to her. Her professional career was centered around providing great customer service. She was a Pharmacist Assistant and loved her job as a bank teller at Comerica Bank. She retired from Comerica Bank in 2000.
In 2005, she relocated to Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Shortly there after she became a member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church of Charlotte. In 2012, Frances became a member of All Saints Catholic Church in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Frances was passionate about volunteering and was a founding member of Sweet Repeat, she served as 3rd Vice-President.
Frances' great-grand daughter Jurnee preceded her in death in 2019.
Frances leaves to cherish her memory her sister Barbara; her daughter Leslie (Pamela); her grandchildren Courtney (Jamar), Bernard, Shantinique, Unique, and Jerrell; great-grand children Chris, Deion, Chase, Aubriana, Amaya, and Jordan; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
