Mr. Gay Winfred Mannon, 89, of York, SC, passed away surrounded by his family, Saturday, August 23, 2025 at home.

Services will be private.

Mr. Mannon was born January 10, 1936 in Lincoln County, WV to the late Joseph Russel Mannon and Emily Sevinis Bias.  He was retired from the Telephone Company.

Mr. Mannon was preceded in death by his wife, Jareldean Sargent Mannon; a son, Brian Mannon; sister Delores Jean Mannon; and brothers Ray Cleo Mannon and Guy Webster Mannon

Survivors are his daughter Sheila Brown of York; sons Dale Mannon of York and Deron Mannon of York; sister Fay Mannon-Rahoi (Dennis) of Iron Mountain, MI; and seven grandchildren.
