Hazel Wells Whitworth, of Clover, SC age 84, died March 31, 2021 at home.

A funeral service will be 3:00 PM, Saturday April 3, 2021 at Midway Baptist Church, Clover, SC with the Rev. Mark Dellinger and the Rev. T. Jay Addison officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at the home of her daughter, 498 Whitworth Rd, Clover, SC 29710. Interment will be in Bethany A.R.P. Church Cemetery. 

Mrs. Whitworth was born October 20, 1936 in York County, SC to the late Charlie Wesley Wells and Ida Della Jones Wells.  She was preceded in death by her first husband Paul Whitworth, grandson Travis Whitworth, sister Catherine Whitworth, brothers Charles Wells, and Johnny Wells. 

Survivors are her husband Raymond Fava, daughter Cynthia W. Hester ( Donnie) of Clover, son Tommy Whitworth of Clover, grandchildren: Chad Lingerfelt, Jennifer Addison, Shane Whitworth and Angela Hester, great grandchildren: Will, Chloe, Levi, Jake, Lucas, Noah, Marilyn, Addie, Travin and Aniyah.
