Mr. James Edward McClanahan, 75 of York, SC, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill, SC.

Service will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery, 1450 S. Anderson Road, Rock Hill, SC.

Mr. McClanahan was born February 18, 1945 in Princeton, WV to the late Roy Edward and Ellen Virginia Tilley McClanahan. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Air Force.

Survivors are his wife Judy Thomas McClanahan; daughter Denise Marhan (Pat) of York, SC; step-daughter Kim Mitchell (Chuck); step-son Stanley Stewart; brother Mike McClanahan; grandchildren Lindsey McClanahan (David Blais), Patrick Marhan (Jessie White) & Robert Marhan; and step-grandchildren Kenna Smith, Leann Smith, Olivia Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell, & Emily Mitchell.
