James Robert Spinks "Jay" returned to his Father in Heaven on February 14, 2025 after a tragic motorcycle accident. He was born January 9, 1986 in Rock Hill, SC to his mother the late Wanda Ellis Bingham and his father Jimmy Spinks.

Jay will be fondly remembered by his surviving family:
Alena Kelly his fiancé, along with His Parents Jimmy and Barbara Spinks and Rick Bingham.  Jay's children, daughter Hannah and her fiancé Justice and Jay's sons Kane and Able, will cherish the memories of their father.  Jay is also survived by the Mother of his children, Krystal Bradshaw along with his Grandmother Carolyn Bingham and Uncles, Aunts and cousins.

Jay was predeceased by his Mother, Wanda and his infant daughter Dazy Sue Ann and his grandparents Robert and Betty Ellis, Laura Spinks, and Gene Bingham.

Visitation with the family will be  Sunday February 23, 2025 from 1pm to 2:30pm at M. L. Ford and Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover, SC.
A Graveside Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at  3pm at Woodside Cemetery, 260 Guinn St., Clover, SC 29710

The family has requested that we honor Jay by wearing Clemson attire or Clemson colors of orange and purple.
