Mrs. Jean Quinn Hall, 92, of York, SC, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at home.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Filbert Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Wallace Tinsley and Rev. Dave Hall officiating.  Interment will be in Lakeview Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends following the graveside service.

Mrs. Hall was born March 26 1929 in York County, SC to the late Deva Dewitt and Susie Whitesides Quinn.  She was the widow of John Q. Hall. Jean lived in York County all of her life growing up in the Smyrna community and later moving to York where she enjoyed 65 years of marriage to John, raising four boys and serving her family and church, Filbert Presbyterian Church.  The family would like to thank the many ladies who tenderly cared for Jean in the last few years making it possible for her to stay in the comfort of her home until she died peacefully in her sleep.  

Survivors are her sons, John Q. Hall, Jr. (Kathy) of Clemson, SC, W. David Hall (Sharon) of Greenville, SC, Daniel D. Hall (Cathy) of York, SC and Robert M. Hall (Susan) of York, SC; sister-in-law, Margie Whitesides Hall of York, SC; nineteen grandchildren and forty-three great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Filbert Presbyterian Church, 2066 Filbert Hwy., York, SC 29745.
