Mrs. Jean Parker O’Kelley, 75, of Woodstock, GA, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023.

Jean was born October 23, 1947 in York County, SC to the late R. W. and Blanche Elizabeth Parker.

Jean was a graduate of Clover High School and Winthrop University.  She began her career as an Administrative Assistant in healthcare at Charlotte Memorial Hospital.  Jean enjoyed woodworking, bird watching, spending time in her garden and reading. 

Survivors are her loving and devoted husband, James O’Kelley and her brother, Kenneth Parker.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Marilyn Parker.

Jean’s wishes were to be cremated and her burial will take place at a later date in the King’s Mountain Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, York, SC.
