Justin “Jay” Michael Mayfield, age 46, of Clover, SC, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021, at home.

Jay was born November 22, 1974, in Altus, OK, to Michael Hayes Mayfield and the late Elizabeth Carol Dupuy Mayfield. Jay was a retired veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, Tara Leigh Mayfield and daughter, McKayla Noelle Mayfield, Clover, SC, and his father, Michael Hayes Mayfield, Rock Hill, SC.

The family will plan a memorial service with military honors at a later date.
