Karl Lester Jung, age 42 of Charlotte, NC passed away, Thursday, November 15, 2018.

A Memorial Mass will be held 9:00 AM Saturday, November 24, 2018 at All Saints Catholic Church, Lake Wylie, SC. The family will receive friends 7 to 9 pm, Friday, November 23 at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC.

Mr. Jung was born August 12, 1976 in Wurzburg, Germany.  He grew up in California and NJ.  Leaving to attend UNCC and made Charlotte his new home.  He was employed as an IT Security Analyst with Wells Fargo. 

Karl was a one man IT and computer department to family and friends. He was well known for his love of sports cars and was the go to guy for anything car related to all who knew him.  His beautiful heart and generosity will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors are his parents Lester Albert Jung and Ann Marie Fatovic Jung; sister Jennifer Ann Jung; aunts and uncles Tammy & Wayne, Phil & Judy; uncle Deacon Andy Fatovic; great aunt and uncles Evka, Milan, and Maté; and many cousins. 

Karl was a 10 year cancer survivor.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 200 Center Point Circle, Suite 100, Columbia, SC 29210 (www.cancer.org) .
