Mrs. Kathleen Ann Collins Chatham, 89, of Lake Wylie, South Carolina, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at home surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Chatham was born on July 29, 1936, in Queens, NY, to the late Frank Collins and Catherine Hill. 

She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Lynn Chatham, Lake Wylie, SC; her son, Scott Chatham, Hope Mill, NC; and her four grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
