Mrs. Kay Francis Nivens, 77, of Clover, SC, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at home.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022 at St. Paul United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dan Sullivan and Rev. David Inman officiating.  Interment will be in the Church cemetery.  The family will receive friends following the graveside service.

Mrs. Nivens was born March 14, 1945 in York County, SC to the late William Lewis and Margaret Lewis Nivens.  Kay was retired from the York County Board of Disability.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Nicole Nivens.

Survivors are her husband of 57 years, William Donald Nivens; daughters Tracie N. Clinton (Danny Mack) and Rebecca N. Martin (Brandon) both of Clover, SC; sister Billie N. Barnes (Butch) of Gastonia, NC; brother Larry J. Nivens of Clover, SC; grandchildren William Carson Clinton, McKenna Martin, and Crew Martin.
