Linda Carol Goodman Browning, 73, of Charlotte, NC, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, April 18, 2020.

Linda was born on December 9, 1946 in Beckley, WV to the late Estell William and Gladys Opal Houch Goodman.  She brought so much joy and happiness to all those who met her, as she was an exceptionally caring woman.  Linda fiercely loved her family, her friends, and her granddogs. She was devoted to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was active in her church, Lake Wylie Christian Assembly.  Linda spent many years as a master seamstress, perfecting her skills to create beautiful gowns for brides, bridesmaids and proms bringing great joy to those on one of the most memorable days of their lives.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and researching anything she could on the internet.  Linda was a wonderful, God-loving, woman and will be missed dearly. 

Linda is survived by her sons Ralph Browning, II (Dia) of Concord, NC and Theodore Browning (Jennifer Holly) of Charlotte, NC; and four grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2020.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Lake Wylie Christian Assembly, 5766 Charlotte Hwy, Lake Wylie, SC 29710.
