Mrs. Linda Irene Cox Buchanan, 81, of Clover, SC, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022, at home.

Memorial service will be 12:00 noon Saturday, September 10, 2022, at The Journey, 5415 Highway 557, Clover, SC with the Rev. Kenny Ashley officiating.  The family will receive friends 1 hour before the service in the Sanctuary.

Mrs. Buchanan was born April 28, 1941, in Charlotte, NC to the late Wales and Irene Euliss Cox Ross.  She was also, preceded in death by a brother, Alford Cox.

Survivors are her husband Guy Steven Buchanan; daughters Cathy Pond (Skipper) of Charlotte, NC, Dana Hilsabeck (Eric) of Bluffton, SC and Sandy Johnson (Jane Wareham) of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren Kristin Prescott (Chris), Tanner Pond, Courtney Pond, Hans Hilsabeck, and Lindi Hilsabeck; great granddaughter Taytum; step-daughter Dawn Cherrie Buchanan of Gastonia, NC; and step-son Steven Todd Buchanan of Gastonia, NC.
