Mrs. Margaret Balfour Coiner Clem, 85, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill, SC.

Mrs. Clem was born October 1, 1939 in Bristol, VA to the late Thomas Troy Coiner and Eva Kathleen Kulpcavage Coiner.   She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Elliott Clem, a son, Mark Thomas Dixon, a sister, Ann LeNoir, and brother, Thomas Troy Coiner.

Survivors are her son Robert Edward Dixon; granddaughter Nicolle Dixon; great grandchildren Lily Babu and Liam Corralejo; and sister Elizabeth Marshall.
