Mrs. Margaret Costner Hyde, 79, of Clover, SC, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Atrium Health, Charlotte, NC.

Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024 at Lakeview Memory Gardens, with the Rev. Steve Oates officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service at the Son Life Baptist Church, 1478 Sherwood Road, Clover, SC.

Mrs. Hyde was born July 4, 1944 in York County, SC to the late Robert McKinzie and Minnie Owens Costner.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Opel Hyde, brother, Andrew Costner, sister, Vinnie Mae Wray, and grandson, Daysun Cole Hyde.

Survivors are her husband of 59 years, Dock A. Hyde; sons Robert Hyde (Robin) and Jeffrey Hyde all of Clover, SC; brothers Charlie Costner (Janice) of Clover, SC, John Costner (Peggy) of Rock Hill, SC, and Robb Costner (Maxine) of Lancaster, SC.
