Mrs. Marilyn Agnes Bur Frederick, 82, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at home.

The funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 3:00 pm, with the family greeting friends beginning 2:00 pm at St. Mary/St. Charles Church, Cheboygan, MI. Father Rev. Duane Wachowiak will officiate. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Cheboygan, MI.

Mrs. Frederick was born September 14, 1941 in Cheboygan, MI to the late Levi and Wanda Dembski Bur.

Survived by her husband of 60 years, Melton James Frederick; daughter Cheryl (Jeffrey) Gunther of Lake Wylie, SC; son Randy (Patty) Frederick of Dodge, ND; brothers Norman Bur, Dale Bur, Dennis Bur, and Gary Bur; grandchildren Brenden Gunther, Charissa (Colin) Moore, Kallie Gunther, Anthony Frederick, Craig Frederick, and David (Joelle) Frederick; and three great grandchildren, Kannon, Bridger, and Courtney.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Courtney Gunther and siblings Delores Melching and Francis Bur.
