Mrs. Marlene Elizabeth Revels Shuford, 79, of Clover, SC, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026, at the home of Roger and Patricia Shuford, her son and daughter-in-love.

Mrs. Shuford was born January 1, 1947, in Spartanburg, SC to the late Elbert Nathan and Lilly Pierce Revels.   She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Sidney Lewis Shuford, and great-grandson Dakota, who is now resting with his MawMaw and PawPaw Shuford. 

Mrs. Shuford is survived by her sons Roger Lewis Shuford (Patricia) of Sharon, and Dennis Ray Shuford (Penny) of Clover; sister Patricia Lee of Duncan, SC; five grandchildren, Scott Shuford, Jessica (Justin) Gwinn, Jordan Cantrell, Caleb (Ashley) Shuford, and Dalton (Elizabeth) Shuford and five great grandchildren, Sadie, Hydee, Bethany, Weston, Bailey and her future brother.

Mrs. Shuford and her husband were the co-founders of Christian Fellowship House of Prayer in York, SC. She loved Jesus, her family, and her Church. Her love for singing the old Gospel Hymns will be magnified in the resurrection when she will join with all the other residents of the New Heaven and New Earth singing Amazing Grace, which was her favorite song.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, February 12, 2026, at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover, SC conducted by her sons Roger Shuford and Ray Shuford. Interment will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
