Mrs. Martha Baker Price, 80, of Jefferson City, TN, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 in Knoxville, TN.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Jack officiating. 

Mrs. Price was born October 11, 1939 in Charlotte, NC to the late Lester Dowd and Kathleen Nivens Baker. 

Survivors are her husband of 62 years John Ardrey Price, Jr.; daughter Deborah P. Quilliams (Bruce) of Morristown, TN; sons Robby Price (Susan) of China Grove, NC and Reggie Price of Clover, SC; grandchildren Wendy Suggs (Allen), Jeremy Quilliams, Quintin Price (Charlotte), Jake Price (Carly) and John Price; great grandchildren Jaxson Quilliams and Milo Price; and sister Diane Wallace (John) of Pinellas Park, FL.
