Mr. Maxie Lynn Denton, 84, of Clover, SC passed away Monday, April 20, 2026 at home.

Mr. Denton was born April 25, 1941 in Lockhart, SC to the late Will and Jessie Noland Denton.  He was a U. S. Army Veteran and the widower of Betty Jo Causey Denton.

Survivors are his daughter Becky Dill; sons Clyde Marvin Dill, Jr. and Carl Hubert Dill all of Chesterfield, SC; grandchildren Tonya Benson of Marshville, NC and Carter Kerns of Chesterfield, SC; and great grandchild Jase Benson of Marshville, NC.
