Eloise was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Her home, where she lived for 72 years, served as the anchor for her family where love prevailed through life’s disappointments and joys. Her husband, Jim, expressed his deep and abiding love for her in many cards and letters throughout their marriage.
She was blessed with many dear friends. She treasured their sisterhood and especially their many traveling experiences throughout the country.
Eloise had an unwavering faith in God. Not only was she an active member in her church, but her life reflected her beliefs by word and deed: She held regard for all humanity. She had compassion for anyone in need. She was humble and slow to anger. She was not one to criticize, condemn or judge others but was accepting and forgiving. These traits are indicative of her devotion and love of Christ and an embodiment of the Holy Spirit.
She was deeply loved by her family and admired by all who had the privilege to know her.
