Patricia Catherine Schlagel, 26, of Clover, SC, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill, SC.

Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 20, 2021 at The Journey, 5415 Hwy 557, Lake Wylie, SC with the Rev. Kenny Ashley officiating.

Patricia was born November 23, 1994 in Winston-Salem, NC, to Constance Alexander Schlagel and the late Dan Venson Schlagel.

Survivors are her daughters Skylar M. Conyers and Addison C. Conyers; son Devon V. Conyers; mother Constance A. Schlagel all of Clover, SC; brother Zachary D. Schlagel and wife Stephanie; and nephew Grayson Schlagel all of Columbia, SC.
