Mr. Perry John Fernandes, 63, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Monday, April 1, 2024 at home.

Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at All Saints Catholic Church, 530 Highway 274, Lake Wylie, SC with Father John Giuliani officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 Monday, April 8, 2024 at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Hwy., Lake Wylie, SC.  Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont, NC.

Mr. Fernandes was born October 4, 1960 in Attleboro, MA to the late Dennis and Dolores Ida Anelunde Fernandes. 

Survivors are his daughters Jaime Louise F. Neal (Colter) of Rock Hill, SC and Kelly Ann Fernandes of Gastonia, NC; son Jason Fernandes of Fort Mill, SC; grandchildren C. J. Neal and Brody Adams; sister Christine LeFort (Michael) of Norton, MA; brothers Dennis Fernandes of Weaverville, NC and Nick Fernandes (Cathy) of Seekonk, MA; and the children’s mother Susan Fernandes of Fort Mill, SC
