Rev. Larry Alfred Jenkins, 82, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Woodside Cemetery with the Rev. Alex Stevenson officiating.  The family will receive friends before the service from 10:00 am – 10:45 am at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main St., Clover, SC.

Rev. Jenkins was born March 12, 1939 in Clover, SC to the late Ervin Alfred and Mary Francis Stewart Jenkins.  He was a graduate of Carson Newman University, Johnson City, TN and Emory University School of Divinity, Atlanta, GA.  Rev. Jenkins was the widower of Eleanor Adams Jenkins and a Methodist Minister serving in South Carolina for 44 years.

Survivors are his sisters Judy Edwards (Bob) of Easley, SC and Hilda Rickenbaker (Sid) of Summerville, SC; sister-in-law Jane Robinson of Clover, SC; and many nieces and nephews.
