Obituary
Mr. Robert Frederic Rau, 87, formerly of River Hills, Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023 at home.
Mr. Rau was born December 20, 1935 in New York, NY to the late Hans Frederic and Anni Fohrman Rau. He was a U. S. Army Veteran and the widower of Ann Marie Toohey Rau.
Survivors are his sister, Elizabeth Ann Ulshafer; nephews and nieces Michael Tepedino and wife Melanie, Timothy Tepedino and wife Celeste, Salvatore Tepedino, Eric Ulshaffer, Susan Wolf and Karen Lomeli; sister-in-law Sheila Tepedino and husband Salvatore; and several great nieces and nephews.
Robert and Ann Rau will be placed in the columbarium at the River Hills/Lake Wylie Cemetery at a later date.
