Mr. Ronald Dean Briggs, 75, of York, South Carolina, passed away, Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at home.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 17, 2025, at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover, SC, with the Rev. Greg Palmer officiating.  The family will receive friends and family one hour before the service, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Mr. Briggs was born May 22, 1949, in Emporia, Kansas, to the late Harry Vernon Briggs and Arlene Walquist Briggs.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sandra Jane Smith Briggs; his sons, Allen Daniel Briggs, and wife Nicole, York, SC, and Todd Michael Briggs, and wife Roz, Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Rhys Briggs, Eli Briggs, Helen Alansari (Sultan), Katelyn Briggs, Nicholas Bailey (Kyla); his great grandchildren, Rayyan Alansari, Kalthum Alansari, Giana Alansari, and Mohammed Alansari; and his sisters, Karolyn Walton (David), Dena Oscar (Jeff), and Donna Shaffer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clover First Baptist Church Building Fund, 117 S. Main Street, Clover, SC 29710.
