Mr. Royce Cleveland Currence, 81, of Clover, SC, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill, SC.

Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Clover Wesleyan Church, 102 Parkview Lane, Clover, SC with the Rev. Adrian Ballard officiating.  Interment will be in Woodside Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday night at M. L. Ford & Sons, 209 N. Main St., Clover, SC.

Mr. Currence was born August 4, 1942 in Lexington, SC to the late Samuel Cleveland and Lila Mae Dykes Currence.  He was retired from Pinnix Construction, Gastonia, NC.

Survivors are his wife Dianne Justice Currence; daughter Sandra Currence Wray of Clover, SC; son Steven Alexander Currence of Gulfport, FL; sister Iris C. Wray of Clover, SC; granddaughter Amber Wray; and nephews Matthew Wray and Sammy Wray.
