Mrs. Ruth Lindsay Wallace, 96, of Clover, SC, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at home.

Graveside service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Woodside Cemetery with the Rev. Tresco Shannon officiating.  The family will receive friends following at the graveside and other times at the home, 109 Parkview Avenue, Clover, SC.

Mrs. Wallace was born December 18, 1926 in Gastonia, NC to the late Phillip and Maggie Jackson Lindsay.  She was the widow of James “Bill” Lester Wallace.  Ruth was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star and was the owner of Ruth’s Beauty Shop.

Survivors are her daughter, Robin Wallace of Clover, SC.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Lindsay, Odell Lindsay, Sam Lindsay, Harold Lindsay, Virgie Smart, Carrie Randall, Mae Hicks, Josephine Childers, and Eunice Lindsay.
